Pasika – Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Newgarden Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use the Pasika app on iOS/Android or the Pasika web application (the “Service”).

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Account & profile data

• Email address
• Phone number (if you sign in by phone or provide it)
• Name and profile information
• Profile photo (if uploaded by you or retrieved from a connected provider)
• Authentication identifiers (including anonymous identifiers)

2.2 User-generated content

• Apiary locations and related geolocation data (if you provide it)
• Hive data, tasks, notes, queens, inspections, and other beekeeping records you create
• Photos you upload
• Audio recordings you submit for processing

2.3 Device and usage data

• Analytics events (in-app actions and feature usage)
• Crash reports and diagnostics
• Performance data
• Advertising ID (AdID) and related ad metrics
• Approximate device information (e.g., app version, device model, OS version)

2.4 Payments

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play. We do not collect or store full card data. We may receive limited purchase information (e.g., subscription status) from our subscription provider (e.g., RevenueCat) to validate entitlements.

2.5 Contacts / gallery access

If you grant permission, the Service may access your device gallery to let you select and upload photos. We do not access your gallery without your permission.

3. How We Use Data

• To provide and operate the Service (accounts, sync, core functionality)
• To process your content (including audio and photos you submit)
• To provide analytics, recommendations, and automated calculations
• To improve the Service (debugging, performance, feature development)
• To provide customer support and resolve issues (including credit adjustments)
• To communicate with you (service messages, updates, and where permitted, marketing)
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and ensure security

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, we process personal data based on one or more of the following legal bases:

• Contract performance – to provide the Service you request

5. Sharing & Processors

We may share data with trusted service providers (“processors”) who help us operate the Service, such as:

• Analytics and diagnostics providers (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance)
• Advertising networks (e.g., Google AdMob)
• Authentication providers (Google, Apple, Facebook, etc.)
• Subscription and entitlement validation providers (e.g., RevenueCat)
• AI processing providers (for example, for transcription or text generation)

These providers process data under contractual obligations and only for purposes necessary to deliver the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Advertising & Advertising ID

We may display ads through third-party networks. Advertising providers may use the device’s Advertising ID and similar technologies to measure ad performance and, where permitted, personalize ads.

You can control ad personalization through your device settings and (where applicable) in-app consent choices.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes (e.g., security, support).

Account deletion: when you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your user-generated content and personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or necessary for billing-related records and entitlement validation.

For example, a user identifier and its association with subscription entitlements (e.g., via RevenueCat) may be retained for compliance, fraud prevention, and audit purposes, while your primary content data is removed from our database.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

• Access your data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)
• Receive a copy of your data (data portability, where applicable)

We apply technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Transfers

Some service providers may process data outside Ukraine or the European Economic Area. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards to protect data transfers in accordance with applicable law.

12. Age Restriction

The Service is intended for adults. You must be 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18.

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date.
