Pasika – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Pasika is a mobile and web application for beekeeping management and related features (the “Service”). By creating an account, installing, accessing, or using Pasika on iOS, Android, or Web, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be 18 years or older to use Pasika.

2. Accounts

You may register and/or sign in using:

• Email
• Phone number
• Google
• Facebook
• Apple
• Anonymous authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information where required and to keep it up to date.

You may delete your account in-app (if available) or by contacting us at newgardensolutionsllc@gmail.com.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Pasika may offer:

• Auto-renewable subscriptions
• In-app purchases
• Virtual credits

Payments for iOS and Android are processed by Apple App Store and Google Play, respectively. We do not store full payment card details.

Refunds and chargebacks for purchases made via Apple/Google are handled according to the policies of the respective platform provider.

4. Virtual Credits

Virtual credits (if offered) are digital items used within the Service. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not a bank account or stored value.

Credits may be restored or adjusted in cases of verified issues such as technical errors, incorrect deductions, or defects. Resolution is handled through support.

5. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements using third-party advertising providers (e.g., Google AdMob). Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your device settings and applicable law.

6. User Content

You may submit content such as apiary and hive data, tasks, notes, photos, audio recordings, and other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display your User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

Some features may allow you to share content publicly or with other users in the future. Where such features exist, you will have controls to choose whether your content is public.

7. AI & Automated Features

Pasika may provide recommendations, analytics, summaries, automated calculations, and other automation features. Some processing may be performed by third-party providers (including AI processing providers).

Important: Any AI-driven or automated output is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional beekeeping, veterinary, agricultural, medical, legal, or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for decisions and actions regarding hive management and related activities.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Access or use the Service in violation of law or regulation
• Attempt unauthorized access, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep Pasika available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, be suspended, or discontinued at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pasika is a management and analytics tool. Beekeeping outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (environment, weather, disease, pests, practices, equipment, and more).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Newgarden Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any losses related to hive health, colony losses, production results, business decisions, or similar outcomes arising from use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the Service, or created risk or legal exposure for us or other users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
